Process Hazard Analysis

Comprehensive Safety Resources has a certified Process Hazards Analysis Leader who can facilitate Process Hazard Analyses as well as provide training on Process Hazard Analysis methodology. CSR can audit the client’s PHA system to ensure it is in compliance with OSHA’s PSM Standard regarding what must be included in Process Hazard Analyses. In addition, CSR Staff can perform revalidations for covered processes.

Process Safety Management (PSM)

Comprehensive Safety Resources offers services varying from assessing the client’s established PSM system to helping client’s establish a PSM system to ensure compliance with OSHA’s PSM Standard. CSR’s staff have been trained in performing compliance audits which can be used to identify areas needing improvement. Training, ranging from general PSM overview training to detailed element training, can be tailored to meet any client’s needs.

Recordkeeping
